They were all friendly, charming and made me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the shops and with a stunning view of the lake! the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. it was an excellent value for money, definitely a good choice for my city break.

The internet connection was weak, but upon mentioning it to the staff it was quickly resolved. the breakfast could use some improvement, as there were no eggs or olives offered.
